Roasted Chickpeas

Ingredients:

Cooked or Canned Chickpeas

Extra-Virgin Olive Oil

East To West Spices Required:

Ultimate Spice (or Ultimate Spice Low Sodium)


Preheat the oven to 425° and drain and rinse your chickpeas.

Spread the chickpeas on a kitchen towel and gently pat them dry. Make sure they are completely dry before tossing them in the olive oil. Discard any loose skins from the outside of the chickpeas.


Toss the chickpeas with a drizzle of oil and Ultimate Spice. Spread the chickpeas on a parchment-lined baking. Roast for about 20-30 minutes until they are crispy


Remove from the oven and, while the chickpeas are still warm, toss with a few more pinches of Ultimate Spice.

So simple! Your roasted chickpeas are ready to eat.
